A program of the University of Dayton Research Institute, Fastlane provides a menu of services and initiatives addressing manufacturing workforce challenges through outreach, education, and consulting. Fastlane has partnered with DRMA to conduct “Power Lunch” exhibits to capture middle and high school students’ interest in pursuing a manufacturing career. Additionally, Fastlane provides formal training programs and supports an internship and co-op program in conjunction with the University of Dayton. Fastlane is a part of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership network.
