The Community Action Agency is a private, non-profit organization that acts as a provider and facilitator for a broad range of public and private resources. The CAA facilitates the Cincinnati Manufacturing Certification program, providing 140 hours of training in Manufacturing Skills Standards. The course equips students with a Production Technician Certification and improves their skills and knowledge for work in the manufacturing industry.
