Update:  On April 26, 2012, DP&L filed a motion to reschedule the prehearing conference for May 8, 2012. DP&L’s memorandum stated that a one-week extension is necessary because DP&L is developing a confidential settlement proposal that is not yet complete. On April 27, 2012, the attorney examiner granted DP&L’s motion to reschedule the prehearing conference for May 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the Commission offices. Nonetheless, all other remaining portions of the procedural schedule provided in the Commission’s April 18, 2012 entry remain effective.
