Update: AEP-Ohio filed its rebuttal testimony and parties had the opportunity to cross examine AEP-Ohio rebuttal witnesses William A. Allen, Phillip J. Nelson, and Eugene Meehan. The cross-examination concluded on Tuesday and initial briefs are due on May 23rd, with reply briefs due on May 30th. We anticipate a PUCO decision by mid-June.
