Update:  Numerous parties filed intervenor testimony by the May 4, 2012 deadline, including six OMAEG members. Also, a procedural conference was held and the attorney examiners issued a tentative witness schedule, which is below. Finally, this week, FirstEnergy, the OCC, Duke, and IEU-Ohio filed motions to strike testimony of various AEP-Ohio witnesses based upon legal grounds including, but not limited to, relevance, hearsay, and duplicative evidence. In response, AEP-Ohio argued that all of the motions to strike are without merit and should be denied.

The hearing will begin on Thursday, May 17, 2012.
