Update:  On May 3, 2012, Duke filed revised tariff pages for PUCO No. 19 on behalf of Duke. According to the letter Duke submitted, it filed an incorrect version of Sheet No. 106.1, Rider DR-SAWR as part of its tariff compliance filing for Rider SAW-R. As such, Duke filed a copy of the correct version of Sheet No. 106.1 of the tariff sheet which is to replace the incorrect version in the original filing. The corrected DR-SAWR to be applied to residential customers’ bills begins with the August 2010 revenue month, rather than the February 2011 revenue month, and the cost is now $0.000928 per kilowatt-hour, rather than $0.000401 per kilowatt-hour. Additionally, the DR-SAWR to be applied to non-residential service customer bills, including transmission service customers, beginning with the August 2010 revenue month for distribution service is $0.001781 per kilowatt-hour, rather than $0.001530 per kilowatt-hour. Lastly, the DR-SAWR is to be applied to transmission service customer bills, not participating in SAW programs remains the same.
