Update:  Greg Bechert, energy consultant for Scioto Energy, will be deposed on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. regarding his testimony that was filed on behalf of the OMAEG.  Bricker & Eckler, OMAEG Counsel, will defend Mr. Bechert’s deposition.  The evidentiary hearing is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 18, 2013 and will likely last a few weeks.  The OMAEG will actively participate in the proceeding and will cross-examine DP&L’s witnesses regarding DP&L’s SSR request of $137.5 million annually.
