Update: The Commission will likely issue a decision by July 2, 2012 regarding the merits of the case. This decision will impact the ESP case. However, the OMAEG will have an opportunity to address the effect of the capacity case in its reply brief for the ESP case and on oral argument. We will provide an update as soon as a decision is issued.
