Update: The OMAEG, First Energy Solutions, and IEU-Ohio have each filed applications for rehearing regarding the Commission’s May 30 Entry granting AEP-Ohio’s request for an extension of the interim capacity rates. The Commission will likely issue a decision by July 2, 2012 regarding both these applications for rehearing and the merits of the case.
