Update:  This week, the PUCO modified the procedural schedule of this case, as a result of DP&L’s June 4th motion for continuance. Accordingly, the previously established procedural schedule, including the deadline for intervenor testimony, is suspended and will be revised on June 25, 2012. We will continue to monitor this case and provide updates as they become available.
