Update:  On February 21, 2013, the OMAEG participated in settlement meeting at the PUCO.  Duke proposed settling the case for $70.5 million, which is a decrease from their filed request of $86.6 million.  The next settlement meeting is scheduled for March 1, 2013.  Although the OMAEG is not actively participating in this proceeding, we will continue to monitor and provide updates accordingly.
