Update:  On February 21, 2013, DP&L filed a motion to extend the deadlines for filing intervenor testimony and PUCO Staff testimony.  The attorney examiner granted DP&L’s request, thereby, establishing March 1, 2013 as the deadline for intervenor testimony, and March 8, 2013 as the deadline for PUCO Staff testimony.  This action by DP&L seems to indicate that it is seriously considering the PUCO Staff’s settlement proposal of a SSR amount of $125 million annually, rather than its filed request of $137.5 million.  In the event that a settlement agreement is not reached by next week, the OMAEG will prepare to file testimony in the proceeding by March 1, 2013.
