Update:  The DP&L hearing concluded on Wednesday, April 3, 2013.  The attorney examiners established that initial briefs are due 30 days after the filing of the final hearing transcript, which will be approximately 30 days from sometime next week, and reply briefs are due 15 days after initial briefs are filed.  Based upon this timeframe, a rough estimate establishes deadlines of May 13 for initial briefs and May 28 for reply briefs.  The attorney examiners will soon issue a formal entry specifying briefing deadlines.  We will provide specific dates once hearing transcripts are filed and an entry is issued.

The OMAEG will file an initial brief opposing DP&L’s $137.5 million annual service stability rider (“SSR”).  In doing so, OMAEG Counsel is working with Scioto Energy in order to articulate the financial impact that DP&L’s request will have on manufacturers.
