Update:  On April 17, 2013, the attorney examiners issued an entry establishing the briefing schedule in this proceeding.  Accordingly, initial post-hearing briefs are due on Monday, May 20, 2013, and reply briefs are due on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.  The OMAEG will file a post-hearing brief addressing the impact that electric increases have on manufacturers from a policy position, and will also articulate specific examples with respect to OMA members.
