Update: The evidentiary hearing regarding Duke’s request for a cost-based capacity charge is scheduled to commence on Monday, April 15, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO. The OMA will actively participate in the proceeding, which should last approximately two weeks, but will not be calling any witnesses.  We will provide updates accordingly.
