Update: As you will recall, OMAEG, AEP, and all, but one party, entered into a settlement agreement. The PUCO has set an evidentiary hearing for November 1, 2017 to review the settlement. The Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel is the only party challenging the settlement.
