Update:  On September 6, 2012, OMAEG counsel, as well as OMAEG consultant, John Seryak, attended First Energy’s Technical Conference regarding its EE/PDR Portfolio Plan.  Essentially, FirstEnergy walked-through its proposed plan, including the programs for nonresidential customers and answered questions.  The OMAEG will intervene in the case and begin preparing its objections and proposals to submit by the September 17, 2012 deadline.  FirstEnergy has suggested meeting during that same week to discuss the possibility of settling the case.  We will provide updates accordingly.
