Update:  Counsel continues to participate in ongoing settlement discussions.  We will continue to participate in settlement discussions and will provide updates accordingly.  In a status update filed with the PUCO this morning, DP&L counsel reported that most parties have now agreed to settlement, but several are still unwilling to sign.  We are optimistic that unanimous agreement will still occur so that this case can settle.  A revised settlement agreement should be circulated later today.
