The evidentiary hearing on FirstEnergy’s application and stipulations commenced on August 31, 2015. To date, FirstEnergy witnesses supporting the application and stipulations and a policy witness supporting FirstEnergy’s Economic Stability Program, which includes the proposed PPA with FirstEnergy Solutions (FES), FES’s OVEC entitlement, and Rider RRS, have testified and been cross-examined. The hearing is presently projected to continue day-to-day through October 13, 2015.
