Update: In light of DP&L’s withdrawal of its proposal to create a Reliable Electricity Rider (RER), which would have been backed by a virtual PPA, the PUCO vacated the due date for intervenor testimony. A prehearing conference is scheduled for next week where the PUCO will discuss next steps in the case.
