Update: On September 21, 2015, Eramet Marietta and Staff filed a Stipulation which recommends that Eramet be permitted to shop for electric generation service, thereby reducing the delta revenue to be recovered from AEP customers pursuant to Eramet’s reasonable arrangement. A hearing on Eramet’s application to shop and the stipulation filed on the same is scheduled to take place today.
