Update: Counsel continues to participate in settlement discussions and awaits a revised settlement agreement from DP&L.  Next week, counsel will participate in a brief hearing at the PUCO in which DP&L will update the attorney examiners of the settlement status.  Further, the attorney examiners will likely establish a procedural schedule that provides a timeline for settling the case, otherwise, it will go to litigation.     At this point, it remains likely that parties will reach a settlement with DP&L.  We will provide updates accordingly.
