Update: DP&L filed tariffs to implement the PUCO’s decision authorizing DP&L to terminate its ESP 2 and partially revert to its ESP 1, effective September 1, 2016. While many customers will see a decrease on their bills, opponents argue that the decrease should be greater as DP&L should not be allowed to resurrect and charge customers its Rate Stabilization Charge (RSC) under ESP 1. OMA Energy Group will ask the PUCO to reconsider its ruling.
