Update:  On September 17, 2014, AEP Ohio filed a memorandum contra OMA Energy Group’s motion to intervene in the case, arguing that OMA Energy Group should not be permitted to intervene at this late stage in the proceeding because its members, who are all members of OMA, had the opportunity to intervene years ago, when the case commenced.  OMA Energy Group will be filing a reply in the upcoming days.
