Update:  On September 17, 2014, Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio) filed a motion for an order permitting the filing of supplemental authority in the pending case.  The case that IEU-Ohio seeks to enter into the case docket supports the argument that a Commission order authorizing AEP Ohio to increase its total compensation for capacity service would enter a field of regulation beyond the Commission’s authority.

On September 17, 2014, AEP Ohio also filed a memorandum contra the Office of Ohio Consumers’ Counsel’s (OCC) motion for a procedural schedule.
