Update: On September 11, 2015, a number of intervenor witnesses, including OMA Energy Group witness Dr, Edward (Ned) Hill, filed expert testimony on various aspects of the proposed affiliate/OVEC PPA transaction. Depositions of AEP’s witnesses supporting the proposed affiliate/OVEC PPA transaction commenced on September 14, 2015 and will continue throughout next week.

On September 15, 2015, the attorney examiner issued an entry which granted intervention to a number of parties, including OMA Energy Group. A prehearing conference is scheduled to take place on September 22, 2015.
