Update: The PUCO heard testimony on a stipulation signed by Nature Fresh Farms (NFF) and Staff that would grant NFF an exemption from the General Service-Transmission Provision of Toledo Edison’s Economic Development Rider. The term of the reasonable arrangement will end on the later of May 31, 2019 or when the Toledo Edison Electric Security Plan from Case No. 14-1297-EL-SSO expires. NFF stated that the reasonable arrangement was necessary to support a greenhouse facility located in Delta, Ohio. OMAEG agreed not to oppose the stipulation because the reasonable arrangement will not create any delta revenue for recovery and no costs to customers.
