Update:  On September 10, 2014, Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio) filed a reply to AEP Ohio’s memorandum contra IEU-Ohio’s motion to dismiss the case.  In its reply, IEU-Ohio again asserted that the Commission does not have jurisdiction over AEP Ohio’s request to collect up to $445 million in unauthorized charges.
