Update: On September 3, 2015, AEP filed a memorandum contra ELPC’s motion to strike AEP’s correspondence relating to the affidavit filed in support of the joint motion to extend the procedural schedule. To date, the procedural schedule governing the case has not been extended. Intervenor testimony, which OMA Energy Group will be filing, is due today.
