Update: The evidentiary hearing on FirstEnergy’s electric security plan (ESP) application and stipulations continued this week featuring testimony from intervenor witnesses opposed to the stipulation. The Commission heard testimony from OCC and the PJM Independent Market Monitor, among others. OMA witness Hill took the stand on October 8th and is expected to wrap up on October 13^th. Seryak is scheduled to testify on October 14^th. Staff is scheduled to testify next week. The hearing is expected to end on October 19^th.
