Update:  On October 27, 2014, DP&L filed a memorandum in opposition to the previously filed applications for rehearing.  The Commission granted the application for rehearing filed by the City of Miamisburg, lEU-Ohio, OCC and DP&L for further consideration of the matters specified therein on October 29, 2014.
