Update:  On October 30, 2014, the Commission established a procedural schedule to govern the matter for the foreseeable future, noting that it does not intend to schedule a hearing date for the matter until it has reviewed any comments and reply comments submitted by the parties.  Pursuant to the procedural schedule, comments on AEP Ohio’s application are due on December 1, 2014, and reply comments are due on December 16, 2014.
