Update: The initial phase of the evidentiary hearing is complete. The Company filed two pieces of rebuttal testimony earlier this week and the intervenors will take the depositions of those rebuttal witnesses today. The rebuttal witnesses are expected to testify at the hearing next Tuesday. The rebuttal phase is expected to last no more than a day or two.
