Update:  On September 29, 2014, OMA Energy Group, Sierra Club, Ohio Hospital Association, OCC, Direct Energy Services, LLC, Interstate Gas Supply, Inc., OPAE, and Kroger filed a reply to FirstEnergy’s memorandum contra their motion to modify discovery time limits and amend the procedural schedule for FirstEnergy’s ESP case.

Further, numerous parties moved to intervene in the proceeding on or before October 1, 2014, which the Commission previously established as the deadline for filing motions to intervene.  Among those parties to file a motion to intervene was, notably, the Independent Market Monitor for PJM.
