Update: On September 26, 2014, numerous intervening parties filed direct testimony in the docket.  On the same day, Duke filed an application for rehearing of the Commission’s decision on its interlocutory appeal regarding confidentiality issues.

On October 2, 2014, Staff witnesses filed their testimony.  Staff did not support the creation of Duke’s proposed Price Stabilization Rider in its testimony.  Depositions of various intervenors’ witnesses by Duke begin today and will continue, with limited exception, through October 10, 2014.
