Update:  On October 22, 2013, Republic Steel filed a Memorandum in Response to Ohio Energy Group’s (OEG) Motion to Amend the Procedural Schedule.  In its motion, OEG requested that the Commission set a procedural schedule that would allow for testimony from Republic Steel and intervenors, and that the hearing date be continued to allow the additional time needed to file testimony.

In its memorandum, Republic Steel did not oppose the proposed amended procedural schedule.  Moreover, Republic requested that the hearing date be moved from November 14, 2013 to December 4, 2013.

On October 24, 2013, OEG filed a response to Republic Steel’s memorandum, stating that it had no objection to the proposed December 4, 2013 hearing date.
