Update:  On October 20, 2014, several parties, including OMAEG, IEU-Ohio, Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy, OHA, OCC, Sierra Club, Environmental Law and Policy Center, and Natural Resource Defense Council, filed comments on FirstEnergy’s application for approval of FirstEnergy’s amended energy efficiency and peak demand reduction program portfolio plans.  Reply comments are due on October 27, 2014.
