Update:  On October 22, 2014, the attorney examiner issued a procedural entry setting forth the following deadlines:  November 21, 2014 (deadline for the filing of motions to intervene); December 5, 2014 (deadline for the filing of comments on the application by Staff and intervenors; and January 9, 2015 (deadline for all parties to file reply comments).  OMAEG filed a motion to intervene in the proceeding on October 24, 2014.
