Update:  The hearing on Duke’s electric security plan application commenced on October 22, 2014.  The hearing is presently scheduled to continue through November 7, 2014.  Moreover, on October 22, 2014, the Commission denied Duke’s application for rehearing of the Commission’s decision denying Duke’s interlocutory appeal regarding the confidential treatment of certain information at issue in the ESP proceeding.
