Update:  A settlement was reached between Globe and Staff.  OMA Energy Group agreed to not oppose the settlement in exchange for more favorable terms of the arrangement. OMA Energy Group successfully negotiated a lower delta revenue cap to limit the amount that other customers will have to pay.  OMA Energy Group also negotiated a shortened-term (2.5 years) and a stay out provision so that Globe does not continue to request to continue its special rate treatment that other customers pay for through the economic development rider.
