Update: The evidentiary hearing on AEP’s application commenced this week.  To date, AEP witnesses supporting the application, which includes the proposed PPA with AEP Generation (AEPGR) and AEP’s OVEC entitlement, and recovering the associated costs through Rider PPA, have testified and been cross-examined.  The hearing is presently projected to continue day-to-day through the end of October 2015. Staff was granted a motion to extend the filing date of their testimony. As in the FirstEnergy proceeding, Staff no longer has a filing date by which testimony will need to be filed.
