Update:  On October 16, 2014, the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) filed a motion to compel Duke to produce a number of discovery responses.  On the same day, the Ohio Development Services Agency also filed a motion to intervene in the matter.  A hearing on Duke’s electric security plan application will commence on Wednesday, October 22, 2014.
