Update: As you will recall, OMAEG intervened in this case to ensure that Vadata’s proposed reasonable arrangement would properly balance societal benefits with the costs it would impose on OMAEG members and other AEP customers. The PUCO has now set this matter for a hearing on November 14, 2017.
