Update:  On October 6, 2014, both the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) and Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio) filed correspondence with the Commission indicating their intent to request a stay from the Supreme Court of Ohio to prevent DP&L from collecting certain amounts from its customers through the Service Stability Rider.
