Update:  OMA met with representatives from Duke Energy to discuss provisions contained in Duke’s EE/PDR portfolio plan that are of concern to OMA members. OMAEG also continues to work with representatives from FirstEnergy and AEP Ohio in an attempt to reach settlements regarding their filed EE/PDR portfolio plans.
