Update:  On November 14, 2014, OCC and Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) filed (1) a joint motion to strike an affidavit filed by FirstEnergy in support of its memorandum contra OCC and NOPEC’s previously filed motion to compel; (2) a memorandum contra FirstEnergy’s motion filed November 5, 2014, to amend the procedural schedule; and (3) a motion for a prehearing conference in order to resolve outstanding discovery and procedural matters.
