Update: On November 18, 2014, Duke filed a motion to reinstate the tariffs, including charges associated with manufactured gas plant (MGP) remediation efforts, at rates that were being recovered at the time the tariffs were suspended. Duke also requested expedited treatment of its motion, such that it may reinstate the rider covering MGP costs with the December 2014 billing cycle.
On November 20, 2014, OMA, Kroger, OCC, and OPAE filed a motion to expedite a ruling on appeal with the Supreme Court of Ohio, whereby the parties requested that the Court consider the appeal out of its order on the docket, i.e., expedite its consideration of the appeal.
