Update:  On November 14, 2014, OCC filed a notice to take depositions and requests for production of documents pertaining to those AEP Ohio witnesses who filed testimony in this phase of the proceeding, as well as certain individuals who played key roles in the early phases of the case.  The depositions are scheduled to go forward early next week, with a possible continuation the week of December 1, 2014.  Further, a prehearing conference is presently scheduled to take place on November 24, 2014.  The attorney examiners will likely define the scope of the hearing in the conference.
