Update: The Commission issued a decision authorizing Kraton Polymers US and Solvay Specialty Polymers to receive an incentive of $0.005/KWh in exchange for committing their CHP resources towards AEP Ohio’s EE/PDR program portfolio. The Commission agreed with OMA Energy Group that approval of the applications did not constitute an amendment to AEP’s portfolio plan. Also, the Commission accepted OMA Energy Group’s suggestion to deny AEP Ohio’s request to recover shared savings in excess of the cap established by AEP Ohio’s portfolio plan.
