Update:  On November 8, 2013, testimony was filed by the Industrial Energy Users-Ohio, OCC, and the Ohio Power Company.    Ohio Power Company’s witnesses stated that all of the auditor’s recommendations have either been met or are unnecessary.  The intervenors appear to be the most concerned with how income tax savings should be applied to the under-recovered FAC balances.  Another issue that will be litigated at the hearing will be the cost of coal transportation charged to Ohio Power by the AEP River Transportation Division (“RTD”).  The hearing commences Monday, November 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
